At our HQ in Sofia, we work in a spacious, downtown office which remains quiet most of the hours, but does have noisy corners for taking a break or blowing off steam.

As a part of Melon, you are likely to work on various projects - technological platform, client's industry, project size, etc. Of course, you can stick to long-term projects. Most of the projects require work with different teams (UX, developers, QA, client), so being communicative and keeping things in the open is the best strategy. What's important is getting the job done and on time, rather than spending exactly 8 hours in the office.
We have a flat structure. Top management doors are always open and there are no holy cows. Joining a 250+ company can be overwhelming, but we try to make newcomers feel welcome and part of the team from day one.
